Unfortunately there are snakes in Bali both venemous and non venemous.. these are mainly found in the jungle and paddy fields. Like anywhere where snakes exist sometimes they can venture into houses or populated areas, but this is rare, and your chances of encountering a snake in ubud would be very slim.

Huge monstrous monitor lizard at the Royal Beach Seminyak, so beautiful, it is very old and quite famous, it loves to eat boiled eggs.
